I dropped into Lysterfield Lake Park one day during the week as I had to pass by doing a pick up.  So I thought why not do my daily walk there, I’m sure to see something interesting!  I nearly despaired of not seeing a bird or a wallaby or kanagaroo after a half hour of walking – I could hear the birds but none near enough to focus on.  So I headed down to the lake beach and there spied a young kangaroo on its own.  I loved the pose with its head up and ears in different directions but after it decided I was getting too close it took off.
